Why Is PUMP Rallying?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Pump.fun reportedly captured around 62% of Solana launchpad revenue<\/strong> and approximately 55% of launchpad trading volume<\/strong> over a recent two-week period; that’s a lot of lost ground regained from competing platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its ecosystem activity has also strengthened. PumpSwap recorded close to $2 billion in daily DEX volume<\/strong>, while Pump.fun crossed $1 billion in cumulative revenue<\/strong> since launching in January 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The latest dashboard<\/a> showed annualised fees of around $411 million<\/strong>, annualised revenue of $329 million<\/strong>, and 30-day DEX volume of approximately $1.56 billion<\/strong>. Since part of the platform\u2019s fee income is used to buy back PUMP, higher activity can create a recurring source of demand for the token.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Look At The Charts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

PUMP is trading near $0.0021 after recovering from the late-July lows. Momentum has improved, but the token is currently consolidating rather than breaking out strongly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The RSI is close to 48<\/strong>, placing PUMP in neutral territory. Meanwhile, the MACD histogram has turned slightly positive, suggesting selling pressure may be weakening. However, the MACD lines remain below zero, so confirmation of a stronger trend is still needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The liquidation heatmap shows a major concentration of liquidity above the current price, particularly around $0.0023-$0.0024<\/strong>. These levels could attract price if bullish momentum continues. On the downside, liquidity is visible near $0.0018<\/strong>, making it an important support region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What Traders Should Watch<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Aggregated open interest stands near $144.7 million<\/strong>, while the funding rate is positive at approximately 0.0074<\/strong>. This indicates that traders are leaning bullish, but positioning is not yet extremely overheated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main upside trigger is a clean move above $0.0023<\/strong>. Failure to hold $0.0020<\/strong> could weaken the setup and increase the chance of a move toward $0.0018. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For now, PUMP\u2019s combination of revenue growth, buybacks and improving market share keeps it among the stronger Solana ecosystem tokens to watch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
