Mudrex Premier League Disclosure Agreement

This Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between RPFAS Technologies Private Limited (Mudrex), an entity registered under the laws of India (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), and the user (“User,” “You,” or “Participant”) who participates in the Cricket Match Prediction Contest (“Contest”) hosted on our mobile application/website (“Platform”). By participating in the Contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. NO CHARGE & NO GAMBLING
   • Free Participation: The Contest is completely free to participate. Users are not required to pay any money or stake any assets to enter.
   • No Gambling or Betting: The Contest does not involve any form of gambling, betting, or wagering. It is a skill-based prediction contest where users predict cricket match winners.
   • Legal Compliance: This Contest does not fall under the purview of gambling laws as per the Public Gambling Act, 1867, and applicable state laws, as no monetary stakes are involved.
2. CONTEST DETAILS
   • Objective: Users will participate in the Mudrex Premier League, a skill-based cricket match prediction contest integrated with crypto trading activities. The Contest offers multiple reward mechanisms designed to encourage trading engagement and consistent participation.
   • Eligibility Criteria (applies to all reward types): To be eligible for any rewards, participants must:
     • Be a registered user of Mudrex.
     • Reside in an Indian state where participation in such contests is legally permitted.
     • Meet the specific participation criteria outlined for each reward type below.
3. Daily Lucky Draw
   • Step 1: Deposit a minimum of ₹1,000 into your Mudrex account at least once during the current week (Monday–Sunday).
   • Step 2: Complete at least one spot or futures trade on the Mudrex app within the same week.
   • Step 3: Vote for the team you believe will win the day’s cricket match on the Mudrex app between 1:00 AM and 7:30 PM IST.
   • Winner Selection: Each day, 25 winners are randomly selected via a lucky draw from the pool of eligible users who made a correct prediction.
   • Prize: Each selected winner receives $50 worth of BTC (or another token at Mudrex’s discretion), credited to their Mudrex portfolio by the end of the next day.
4. Mudrex Premier League Streak Bonus
   • Step 1: Maintain weekly eligibility by depositing ₹1,000 and completing at least one trade.
   • Step 2: Predict the winning team correctly for 7 consecutive days.
   • Reward Mechanics:
     • Qualified Users (who met deposit & trading criteria): Receive $10 in BTC.
     • Unqualified Users (who did not meet criteria): Receive $5 in BTC.
   • Note: The reward is guaranteed upon achieving a valid 7-day streak. Missing a day or predicting incorrectly resets the streak. Prizes are credited shortly after confirmation.
5. Weekly Trading Rewards
   • Step 1: Deposit ₹1,000 and complete at least one trade during the week (Monday–Sunday).
   • Step 2: Participate in the daily prediction poll every day of that week, regardless of prediction accuracy.
   • Winner Selection: At the end of each week, Mudrex identifies top traders based on total trading activity.
   • Prizes:
     • 1 iPhone 16
     • 1 Marshall Speaker
     • 1 Boat Headphones
6. PRIZE DISTRIBUTION & TAXATION
   • Reward Transfers: Prizes will be credited in BTC to the winners’ Mudrex portfolios within 7 business days from the winner announcement date.
   • Tax Responsibility: Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or legal obligations arising from receiving BTC in their respective jurisdictions. The Company will not be responsible for any tax liabilities.
   • Verification Process: Winners must verify their identity before receiving prizes. Failure to complete verification may result in prize forfeiture.
7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES & COMPLIANCE
   • Fair Participation: Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, such as creating multiple accounts, using bots, or manipulating results.
   • State-Specific Restrictions: Users from states where gaming, fantasy sports, or prediction-based contests are restricted (e.g., Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland) may be ineligible to participate.
   • Data Privacy: Users agree to our Privacy Policy, ensuring compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) regarding the collection and use of personal data.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   • The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform and is not liable for technical issues or force majeure events affecting the Contest.
   • The Company shall not be responsible for any disputes, claims, or damages arising from prize distribution, regulatory compliance, or third-party service failures.
9. TERMINATION & MODIFICATION RIGHTS
   • The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time, without prior notice, for regulatory compliance or operational reasons.
   • Any changes to this Agreement will be communicated to participants via the Platform. Continued participation signifies acceptance of the modified terms.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW
    • Any disputes arising from this Contest shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be Bangalore, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
    • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
