Diwali is a time for celebration, new beginnings, and a little extra sparkle. This year, there’s another reason to bring your futures trading game to the forefront.

Diwali Gold Rush 2.0 is here on Mudrex, running from October 21 to November 11, 2026. This futures trading contest gives you two ways to earn rewards: unlock guaranteed rewards as you hit trading volume milestones, or compete for a spot among the top 10 traders on the leaderboard to win premium prizes.

Two Ways to Get Rewarded

1. Hit Trading Milestones and Unlock Gold Rewards

Every milestone brings you closer to your next reward. As your cumulative futures trading volume grows during the event, you can unlock rewards credited in XAUT, a gold-backed crypto asset.

Here’s how the milestone rewards stack up:

Cumulative Futures Trading Volume XAUT Reward (INR Equivalent)
₹2.5 crore ₹2,500
₹5 crore ₹5,000
₹10 crore ₹10,000
₹50 crore ₹25,000
₹100 crore ₹1,00,000
₹250 crore ₹2,00,000
₹500 crore ₹4,00,000
₹1,000 crore ₹10,00,000
₹2,000 crore ₹25,00,000

The best part? Your milestone rewards stack.

Reach multiple milestones, and you can unlock the rewards for every milestone achieved. Once you hit a milestone, you can claim its reward directly from the event page.

Across all milestones, eligible participants can earn up to ₹42.4 lakh in XAUT rewards.

2. Climb the Leaderboard for Premium Prizes

Think you can make it to the top? The leaderboard adds another layer to the contest, rewarding the 10 traders with the highest cumulative eligible futures trading volume during the event.

Here’s what’s up for grabs:

Leaderboard Rank Prize
1 Mahindra Thar Roxx
2 KTM 85 SX
3 MacBook Pro M5
4 iPhone 17 Pro
5 Home Theatre System
6 iPad Pro
7 Apple Watch Ultra
8 DSLR Camera
9 Gaming Laptop
10 Smart TV

Rankings are determined by total eligible futures trading volume across INR and USDT margin trades. If two traders have the same volume, the trader with the higher PnL ranks higher.

The more eligible futures volume you accumulate, the better your chances of climbing the leaderboard.

One Contest, Both INR and USDT Futures

You don’t need to worry about tracking your INR and USDT margin futures trades separately.

During Diwali Gold Rush 2.0, eligible trading volume from both is combined and displayed in INR. USDT-denominated trades are converted using the applicable hedge rate, making it easier to track your progress against the event milestones and leaderboard.

Diwali Gold Rush 2.0: Dates to Remember

  • Event starts: October 21, 2026, at 12:00 PM IST
  • Event ends: November 11, 2026, at 8:00 PM IST

Only eligible futures trades executed within this period count towards milestone rewards and leaderboard rankings.

How to Claim Your Rewards

  • Milestone rewards: Once you unlock a milestone, you can claim the corresponding reward from the event page. Rewards are credited in XAUT.
  • Leaderboard prizes: Winners will be contacted by the Mudrex team after verification to coordinate prize fulfilment.

All winners must complete KYC and comply with applicable Mudrex terms and platform policies. If a leaderboard winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, the prize may be forfeited.
