What are the new Mudrex Alpha tiers?
The original Mudrex Alpha offered great perks, but the new tiered system takes it further with six Alpha tiers designed for every kind of trader — from beginners to crypto pros.
Lower fees for Spot and Futures trading
You no longer need to hold a minimum portfolio value to qualify as an Alpha. Your tier is now based entirely on your 30-day trading volume, denominated in INR (₹) for both Spot and Futures. For Futures specifically, your volume across both USDT-margined and INR-margined trading is combined to determine your tier.
We’ve also updated how Futures fees work: instead of one flat fee for every order, you now pay a maker fee or a taker fee depending on your order type. Limit orders that rest on the book count as maker orders and get a lower fee; market orders that fill immediately count as taker orders. This is the same split used across major exchanges, and it rewards traders who add liquidity to the market.

How does it work?
Joining or upgrading to Mudrex Alpha is straightforward:
- Trade as usual. Your tier is determined by your 30-day rolling trading volume, in INR for both Spot and Futures, whichever is higher between the two. For Futures, your USDT-margined and INR-margined volume is combined to calculate your total.
- Check your tier. Log in to your Mudrex account on the app or website to see your current tier status.
- Unlock benefits automatically. Hit the volume for Alpha 1 or higher, and you’re in — no extra fees or sign-ups needed.
- Upgrade anytime. Tiers update every day at 6 AM based on your last 30 days of trading. Trade more to move up; your tier adjusts automatically.
Current Alpha members will transition seamlessly to the new tiers based on their trading volume. Regular users can start trading more to unlock Alpha perks right away.
