Additionally, Mudrex implements a minimum waiting period from the account creation date before allowing users to progress to the next level, providing an extra layer of security:

To increase the levels, Mudrex requires users to furnish additional details, such as the source of income and bank statements, as part of the Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) process mandated by Law Enforcement Agencies worldwide.
Limit upgrade requests are carefully verified and processed by our fraud and risk team. Typically, these requests are processed within 7 working days. Once the limit upgrade is complete, an email notification will be sent to the registered email ID. If the fraud and risk team requires further clarification or additional documentation, they will communicate with you via email. Please ensure to check your email for all communication related to your limit upgrade.
