- Time: 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Indian Standard Time)
Impacted Services:
During this maintenance window, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:
- Spot Trading: This includes the placement of new buy or sell orders for any cryptocurrency. Furthermore, the creation of new Stop Loss (SL) or Take Profit (TP) orders will be temporarily disabled.
- Futures Trading: You will be unable to open or modify any futures positions during the maintenance. Similarly, the creation of new SL/TP orders will be paused.
- Coinset Trading: Creating, modifying, or redeeming Coinsets will be temporarily suspended.
- Deposits: Depositing funds (both fiat and cryptocurrency) into your Mudrex account will be temporarily paused.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawing funds (both fiat and cryptocurrency) from your Mudrex account will be temporarily paused.
Important Note on Existing SL/TP Orders:
We want to reassure you that your existing Stop Loss (SL) and Take Profit (TP) orders that are already in place will continue to be executed as normal during this maintenance period. This ensures that your risk management strategies remain active.
Minimizing Disruption:
We understand that downtime can be inconvenient, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding. We have carefully selected this time frame to minimize disruption to your trading activities. Our team will be working diligently to complete the maintenance as quickly and efficiently as possible, and we are committed to restoring full service promptly.
