During this maintenance window, the Mudrex app and all trading-related services will be temporarily unavailable, including order execution, deposits and withdrawals, portfolio visibility, some SL/TP functionality, and login access.

Please note: Existing SL/TP orders on spot trades will not be active during this maintenance period. However, SL/TP orders on futures trades will be active if placed before the start of the scheduled downtime.
All automated strategies, trading bots, and API-based trading activities will also be paused during this window and will automatically resume once the maintenance is complete.

This downtime is purely for planned infrastructure improvements.
All your funds, portfolios, and personal data remain completely secure and unaffected. However, we recommend completing any pending trades, deposits, or withdrawals before the maintenance window begins to avoid interruptions.

We understand that any downtime can be inconvenient, which is why this maintenance window has been scheduled during low-activity hours. Our team will ensure all systems return online as quickly as possible, well before market activity picks up.
