Adding INR funds to your Mudrex account is quick and simple. This guide will walk you through the entire deposit process in just a few steps.
Step 1: Open the Mudrex App
Launch the Mudrex app on your phone and head to the home screen.
Tap “Add INR” to begin the deposit process.
Step 2: Enter the Deposit Amount
On the deposit screen, enter the amount of INR you want to add to your account.
Once you’ve entered the amount, tap “Continue to Pay.”
Step 3: Choose Your Payment Method
You will now see multiple payment options.
Available UPI Options
Choose from popular UPI apps such as:
- PhonePe
- Google Pay
- Paytm
Alternative Bank Transfer Options
If needed, you can also use:
- NEFT/RTGS
- IMPS
P.S. If UPI deposits are temporarily unavailable, Mudrex will automatically prompt you to choose an alternative payment method.
Step 4: Complete Your Payment
Select your preferred UPI app to initiate the payment. Carefully review the amount and confirm the transaction.
Once approved, complete the payment within your selected UPI app.
Step 5: Confirm Deposit Success
After a successful payment, you will see the INR Deposit Successful screen. Your funds will be credited directly to your Mudrex account, and you’re ready to start trading!
What if my deposit is delayed?
If your deposit does not reflect within 1-2 minutes, don’t worry. On the transaction processing screen, enter the UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number.
This will speed up the verification process and ensure that your funds are credited faster.
