Lista DAO

• Lista DAO provides liquid staking and a decentralised stablecoin on BNB Chain.

• Users stake BNB for slisBNB or borrow lisUSD against a range of collateral.

• LISTA is the governance token.

• Distributed through Binance Launchpool and ongoing incentives.

• Governs collateral types, rates and treasury allocation.

Pros:

• Leading liquid staking position on BNB Chain by deposits.

• Combines staking and stablecoin issuance, so staked assets can back borrowing.

• Close integration with the largest applications on its home chain.

Cons:

• Concentrated on a single chain, so its fortunes track BNB Chain activity directly.

• lisUSD is small relative to major stablecoins and less deeply integrated.

• Ongoing emissions dilute holders.

• Exposure to BNB Chain's staking and stablecoin layer through its largest protocol.

• Two revenue lines rather than one.

• Set against single-chain concentration.

• The dominant liquid staking and stablecoin protocol on BNB Chain, with staked BNB usable as stablecoin collateral.

• Staked BNB is locked and cannot serve as collateral.

• Liquid staking plus a native stablecoin lets the same deposit both earn and borrow.

• Emerged from Helio Protocol, rebranded to Lista DAO.

• Backed by Binance Labs with governance by LISTA holders.

• No public ICO. Distributed via Binance Launchpool in June 2024.

• Chain concentration means BNB Chain risk is Lista risk.

• Stablecoin peg depends on collateral quality and liquidation performance.

• Emissions create ongoing sell pressure.

• Smart contract risk across staking and lending systems.
