The founders of the Orca token and platform are Grace Kwan and Yutaro Mori. She has worked as a software engineer at Coursera and an interaction designer at IDEO Tokyo.

Yutaro Mori is the other co-founder of Orca. He is described as a resident crypto nerd with a strong background in software engineering. His experience includes contributing to the Ethereum 2.0 Golang client and working as an engineer at UMA before co-founding Orca.
